David A. Otterman, Esq., an attorney with the law firm of Otterman and Allen, P.C., has been a member of the Board of Managers of Community Financial Services Group, LLC since February 2006.

G. Kenneth Perine, President and CEO of the National Bank of Middlebury, has been a member of the Board of Managers of Community Financial Services Group, LLC since March 2002.

R. Bruce Hiland, an independent consultant to senior executives on general management issues, serving clients across a broad spectrum of businesses from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. In his past he was Chief Administrative Officer of Time Inc. (now Time Warner) and has served on the Board of Directors of American Television and Communications Inc., as well as numerous private and non-profit organizations.

Michael G. McLaughlin, Vice President of Bread Loaf Corporation. He has served as President of The Associated General Contractors of Vermont and is presently a member of the National Bank of Middlebury Board of Directors.
